Sheryl, THIS IS WONDERFUL! CONGRATULATIONS!!! Not only am I blessed to be one of your students, but the article shows a bit more of who you are/your journey as an artist………..I LOVE THIS! I feel like I’ve gotten to know you better. Your lessons ooze with information, and the article shows from where it comes, especially coming from detailed watercolors to alcohol ink, and having the privilege of working at a technical college. And down to investing your life experience with Kayla…………that in itself says something about your generous, caring, wonderful character. I can only imagine the artist she is and will become as she ages. To have a mentor like you is invaluable.

Thanks for sharing this article with me. I am blessed to know you.

Congratulations Sheryl!! You have done so much to bring painting in the inks to the masses. Based on the paintings your students have done it is easy to see that you are a great teacher as well as an artist.

Really nice article, Sheryl. I have been so busy I haven’t had much time to paint lately. Been taking care of my 9 mo old granddaughter. Labor of love and she sure is cute. Joan Willoughby
